The mattress will fully expand after 24 hours. Compressed fabric wrinkles will gradually disappear over the first 24-72 hours.

• We recommend using a proper bed base to give the mattress suitable support and avoid any damage. Check the bed foots regularly to ensure that the mattress can be used normally.

• The mattress is delivered, wrapped in plastic. We recommended removing the plastic for better ventilation and to avoid mattress dampness. Do not let the mattress get insulated for a long time to avoid color fading.

• Use beddings and mattress protectors to protect from daily wear and tear.

• When moving the mattress, avoid bending or folding as not to damage the inner materials.

Alternate rotating and flipping your mattress would be helpful! Doing so would have the mattress achieve well-distributed stress for the whole part and prolong durability.
Here’s our recommendation:

○ First 3 months: Every 2 Weeks

○ After 3 months: Every 2-3 Months

• The mattress cover is washable and removable. When the mattress is inadvertently stained with dirt, use mild detergent, so as to avoid the fading and damage of the mattress.

• Avoid using sharp angle tools or cutters to scratch the mattress fabric.

Warranty

• Our mattress comes with 5-year warranty.

Conditions beyond our control that may invalidate the warranty include:

○ The mattress has been folded or bent.

○ The mattress has not been properly supported.

○ There are signs of improper care such as stains, burns, or compacting due to foam malfunction caused by jumping.

○ Please note that the manufacturer cannot be responsible for claims associated with normal wear, fading or stains to the cover, issues of firmness, allergies or sensitivity to materials.

○ If your mattress is repaired or replaced there will be no extensions to the original warranty period.

Medium hardness, as advertised

I was in quick need of a hypoallergenic mattress and this is what I found. I ordered in the morning and immediately received the packaged that afternoon. It was packaged well. The mattress is of medium hardness, not really firm nor soft. I had it inflate for 48 hrs before sitting. It’s comfortable on the back though I would like a harder consistency overall for more support. Still, it is of good material and fits well in also ready made beds out there. It’s about 9 inches in height. Thanks for this wonderful product.
